    1. Cualquier problema con tu pedido (productos faltantes, rotura, daños, caducidad etc.) se debe comunicar a nosotros dentro de 24 horas con una foto del problema si se aplica para poder procesar.  


    2. Market aTuPuerta no se responsabiliza por food borne illnesses. Por favor, reporte cualquier food borne illness aquí y nosotros nos encargamos de solucionar con el proveedor directamente.


    3. Usted o el guardia debe estar presente para recibir el pedido en la ubicación y a la hora indicada de tu pedido.


    4. Market aTuPuerta no se responsabiliza por cambios de calidad después de haber sido entregado al guardia.


    5. Si al momento de la entrega, nadie se encuentra en el domicilio, el pedido será redirigido a nuestra bodega y el cliente tiene la responsabilidad de organizar el retiro del pedido. Market aTuPuerta no procesará reembolsos por pedidos que no podemos entregar.


    6. Las fundas de Market aTuPuerta son propiedad de Market aTuPuerta. Cualquier funda usada para entregar un pedido se debe devolver en el siguiente pedido.

    1. Any issues (missing items, broken/damaged, spoiled product etc.) with the order must be processed within 24 hours with a photo of the issue if applicable.


    2. Market aTuPuerta is not responsible for food borne illnesses. Please report any suspected food borne illnesses here and we will address the problem directly with the vendor.


    3. You or a guard must be available to receive the order at the location and time specified on the order itself.


    4. Market aTuPuerta is not responsible for changes in quality once order has been received by the guard.


    5. If, at the time of delivery, no one is available to receive the order, it will be returned to our bodega and the client is responsible for organizing pick up. Market aTuPuerta will not issue refunds for orders placed that we are unable to delivery.

    6. Market aTuPuerta bags are property of Market aTuPuerta and any bags from previous orders should be returned upon delivery of subsequent orders.
